Our Approach
I work with women who are frustrated and tired of feeling out of integrity with who they are; women who look in the mirror and don’t know or understand the person looking back at them. Together, we explore the values, beliefs, and dreams that make up the client and discover who their dream or favorite self could be. Then we do the work of becoming or getting closer to that dream or favorite self.
Ultimately, the goal of my coaching is to help you find your sparkle and embrace your chosen identity.

While I prefer to work with clients for 3 months minimum, I realize that kind of investment up front is a bit much. This path is for clients who, while they still want to make a 3 month commitment, are wanting to pay per session.
Come work with me! For a regular life coaching package, we will meet four times a month (once a week) on zoom for three months at a time. We will work together to help you find your favorite version of you.
